Great location for all of lake eries activities

The beds could be a tad bit softer

Easy to get to and close to Lakeside where we were having a family reunion

Bunkbeds are very close together in heights, easy to knock your head when sitting up on the bottom bunk. Had to go buy a 9 x 13 pan that would fit in the toaster oven for breakfast casserole.

The property manager could of been not so rude, several of my friends that stayed as well thought the same thing. He was not very friendly he would keep guests from wanting to return.

Plenty of beds for my family of 5. There was a pool. There was a fire pit. The location was close to everything we wanted to visit

There is no walking access to the lake. The one living room window AC unit didn't reach the bedrooms no matter how low we set it, despite the small space so it was very hot. I felt like for the price of our stay it should have way more updates and cleanliness. (Ex. The showers were clogged, bathroom sink with no counter, no bathroom fan, all towels and wash clothes were stained. Having a couch that is not stained and nearly broken down, a fridge that doesn't have cracked drawers, a garbage disposal, a trash can that isn't broken, and at least have ac units in the bedrooms) The cottage could have been cleaner. The floors turned my kids feet black, cobwebs everywhere, and dust flew onto our things when we switched the ceilings fans circulation. Ants covered the outside seating so we couldn't actually enjoy it as much as we'd hoped. Obviously bugs are going to be outside but again, if you're going to charge as much as you do and have a designated seating area outside, the perimeter should be treated better.
