Lovely apartments, good staff

The apartments are well appointed, and in a lovely location on a pedestrian-only tapas-bar street. The Alhambra, and other sites are all within easy walking distance. Staff are both considerate and helpful.

Being on a tapas bar street, has the slight downside that noise on the street-facing apartments can continue well into the night (and start again early). So you can either join in the festivities, or if you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs :) But this wouldn't deter me from booking again.

Overall, I had a good stay and the place matched the listing well. It was comfortable, well-located, and worked nicely for our trip. Perfect location. I would stay here again.

One issue we ran into was that, although the booking was for 3 people, there were no linens provided for the pullout couch when we arrived. We reached out to the host, and to their credit, they resolved it the next day. I appreciate the quick fix, but it would have made a big difference if everything had been prepared in advance for the number of guests booked. Aside from that, we had a positive experience overall.

Reasonably priced, high quality, walkup apartment in the centro. We wanted to extend our stay.

Roseia is an excellent, small apartment in the center of Granada, a 24-minute uphill walk to the Alhambra. Very clean and well-appointed, we cooked an extensive meal there. When we needed to drop our luggage earlier than the 1500 check in time, we were allowed to leave it with the very helpful cleaning person. When we arrived at 1230 to do that, she already had our room ready so we were able to occupy it right away. The 5 floor building seems to be all Roseia apartments. Ours was 3 floors above the street, requiring a hard climb with our luggage. This was offset by the shared roof terrace one floor above us, with a clear view up to the nearby Alhambra, which is lit up at night. Roseia is in the pedestrian zone, so unloading our car from about 50 meters away had to be done quickly. There is free street parking not too far away, but vacant spaces are very few. I parked about a 40-minute walk away (or 20 minute bus ride, 1.60€, tap to pay ok). Several restaurants are within steps of the front door. The price is very fair for a quality centro lodging, 57€ for two, Fri, early March. We wanted to extend our stay but the building was full for the next night. The only failing was that we couldn't leave our luggage there after checkout, but the owner directed us to a nearby commercial storage locker 2 minutes away. Loading the car was again a hurry, hurry operation while illegally stopped. Highly recommended.

Lo amplio que es todo muy limpio las sábanas blancas que yo personalmente lo miro mucho y las toallas

El olor tan malo que había en las zonas comunes y el ruido de la calle yo me pasé todo un finde y llegaba muchísimo ruido de la calle al ser una calle y alrededores de muchísima afluencia de público el no tener ascensor y subir al tercero había tela pero eso ya lo sabía
