The rooms were clean and comfortable, the Japanese breakfast was good and the onsen was nice. My daughter liked the set of children’s pyjamas provided for her. The hotel is very retro/ dated - but we liked that: it was part of its charm. See if you can find the polar bear…
The hotel still smells a little smoky and it’s located on a busy road

The breakfast was absolutely FANTASTIC!! Such a wonderful variety of traditional foods, and all delicious! It felt like such a high end opportunity at such an affordable price, loved it!! The staff was also so so helpful with everything we needed. The room had so many extra amenities and comforts, it was perfect!

I loved the beds! They were so comfortable! I slept like a baby. The onsens are super clean and natural. Best onsen ever! The breakfast is really great and delicious too!
I wish the hotel offered dinner for a price for guests.
