A great hotel in the Old City. Great location, staff were very helpful and breakfast was excellent.

The location is amazing with beautiful view of flame towers and baku eye from the balcony. Both old town attractions and nizami street are at walking distance which makes the location perfect. The building gives old historical vibe with clean and spacious rooms, and staff is friendly. Breakfast was too good with amazing variety of traditional and modern breakfast options in buffet.
Cleanness could be improved with regular and timely room make ups. Sometimes the lift doesnt work and balcony's are not that comfortable. Bolt or taxis cannot come to the hotel and there is some walk needed from the road.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful stay in Baku – I would definitely come back!
I stayed at this hotel for a full week, from 6 to 13 August, and I was very happy with my choice.
Before booking, my friend who lives in Baku helped me choose the hotel, as cleanliness, comfort and a quiet room are particularly important to me. The hotel fully met my expectations.
My room was very clean, comfortable and quiet, which was especially appreciated after spending entire days walking around and exploring Baku. The interior and furniture felt fresh and well maintained, the bed was comfortable, and I always enjoyed coming back to my room in the evening.
What made my stay particularly memorable, however, was the wonderful hospitality and genuinely warm attitude of the staff. Everyone at reception was friendly, attentive and always ready to help, especially I would say my special Thank you to Elmar!
A very special thank you to Hicran, who made my experience in Baku even more personal and unforgettable. She was incredibly warm and welcoming, and meeting her became one of the lovely unexpected memories of my trip. This kind of genuine human hospitality is something you cannot measure simply by the number of stars a hotel has.
I travel a lot and have visited 37 countries, so I have stayed in many different hotels. For me, a truly good hotel is not necessarily about luxury or an impressive lobby. It is about cleanliness, a comfortable bed, peace and quiet, good service and people who make you feel genuinely welcome.
This hotel gave me exactly that.
I spent a wonderful week here and would happily choose it again on my next visit to Baku.
