Car parking was good, room and reception was good. They let me check out later. Almost all the staff were good.
Only one female staff member was extremely rude, demanding that my friend and her child must provide ID which must be left at the desk for them to come up to the room with me to get the gift that I accidentally left in the room.

Safe parking. Reception staff OK. Room large and comfortable with reasonable view. Spacious common areas.
Not easy to find. Ensuite door did not close/lock properly. Shower drain partially blocked. Restauant closed on the night we arrived (hidden in small print on web information). No other restaurants nearby.
