Bit misunderstood on the allocations first but great service and location.

Their service team is exceptional. Quick response, caring and understanding.

Location are separated from the one shows on the map. But still good.

They didn't accept either CASH or Credit Card. And this was not listed as part of their reservation requests for foreigners. If they ONLY accept WeChat and AliPay, it should be CLEARLY stated in their page. I arrived to Chongqin and was not allowed to stay and had to look for another accommodation and pay much more in a hotel due to this.

Great apartment in good location!

This apartment was amazing and fantastic value. Great location close to shops, restaurants and endless food halls. Clean and modern apartment and building, easy to locate and close to metro. Spacious room, washing machine and reading area by windows were excellent. Staff were very helpful with helping book tours, finding attractions, making sure I was comfortable etc. Will definitely stay here again.

No housekeeping included, even for one week stay. Unreliable internet. Fridge would turn itself off when you go out for the day, not great for keeping food and dairy fresh in the middle of a hot summer. I understand the need to save energy, but constantly making a fridge have to re-cool is very inefficient.

Disappointing

The location is very central, just next to Ruffle city, and close to railway station.

The room is totally different from the pics, the bathroom is not clean, and the shower area is broken, the bathroom is leaking badly, even the host agree to send someone to fix it, but he said because lack of some component, it hadn't been fixed anyway. The kitchen is very poor, even they said you can cook, but that equipment are all looks old and dirty, no one would like to use that things to cook for themselves.

Location was different than we checked before booking, although in the end the neighbourhood was fine. We just had a bad feeling about the way this was communicated.

The location was completely different then what was shown on the map before booking. I feel that if the owner is having multiple units available he should be more open about the actual locations. I understand that if you choose for the cheaper room options it’s going to be different, but we actually checked to room pictures and finding out later that the location changed was too much of a surprise.

Good facility and lack of cleaning service

The bed and mattress is so comfortable and the room is quite big. there is a slide door between the bedroom and living room so u can work quietly. The communication with landlord is ok and he is quick to respond.

No room service at all. didn't clean or fulfill supply like tissue papers and tooth paste. It's a bummer that u hav to remind urself buy these little stuff while traveling. And the laundry machine is broken

We stayed in Chongqing for 6 days, liked the location, the apartment is located near the subway station and there are many shopping malls around. And the views are amazing. And there is everything that you can need in the apartment, including washing machine.

Great location great apartment

Great location. Next to the Double Tree Hilton in Jiagbei. Lots of restaurants around and close walk to key eating streets. Large apartment. Good communication with hosts via wechat

Wonderful stay, super clean, great location

The size of apartment and facilities is perfect to stay for several days. The interior is very cozy and super clean. The location is perfect to discover Chongqing from all angles. The host gave all information quickly and accurately, helped with lots of information on tours and discovering Chongqing. His restaurant recommendations were very good.

It could be a bit clearer that there are several locations possible depending on which apartment is available. This could be more highlighted on the description. No problem, just a small improvement point.
