It was in the city everything was close to the apartman. It was real what we could see in Booking photo. The view was amesing.

The location wad outstanding, we could admire the drone show from our balcony and from two bedrooms.
Raffles City which is on crossing distance which gives several food options from gourmet restaurants through international and local fast food. I have never seen a Pizza Hut who also serves steak.
Public transportation is also within walking distance. Be ware of climbing stairs since this is an area with mountains, but also breathtaking views.
I think that over three years the neighborhood will be much improved since there are construction signs and building improvement plans. In general, we felt comfortable walking on the street in the evening.
One morning I ordered steam buns at an auntie, but I had payment problems (internet connection was not my ally). She gave me our breakfast in advance. At first, she would give me the steam buns for free, since she misunderstood my order for noodles. I told her that ee just stayed upstairs and that I will pay after breakfast and she agrees to it.
Chinese people are so kind.

location
booked room with balcony but on the day of check in, was offered another room without balcony that was on a higher floor on the 21th floor compared to 7th floor. was allowed to check condition of both rooms before deciding. The room with balcony was with good view but had a strong lingering stench of cigarettes smell - smelled like someone had just chain smoked in the room. the room on the 21st floor view was limited, had to view the drone show with an angle and not suitable for pictures as the window pane was dirty and with reflection (no balcony). As we booked this hotel just to view drone show from the comfort of the room, in the end we had to get out of the apartment last minute to get good view and pictures which defeats the purpose of the room. No hot water upon arrival, had to call for maintainence work, hot water after some "fixing" was temporary. there was small cockroach in the room. Worse, after checking price of non-balcony room, it was actually MUCH CHEAPER than the balcony room i paid. Overall a bad experience, lucky i only stayed 2 nights before switching hotel.
