The location is great, just 5 minutes walk from the centre of the new town (the hotel is not located inside the old town of Monevasia but in the centre of the new town, which is located 1Km away from the castle, which you can easily access either by feet (10-15min) or by city's mini-bus (1.4€). All personnel were very polite, and willing to provide all kinds of information. Room was clean, towels were new, bathroom was good.
The hotel is noisy; located just in front of the main road is is impossible not to hear the cars passing by through all night (the old balcony door was unable to provide any insulation. Walls are too thin, we practically spent our vacation together with the family lived in our next room. Breakfast is optional at 12€/person, served indoors and in my opinion a couple can find much better breakfast offers at the cafes around the hotel
