Location is quite good, the Staff was ok, the building and forniture needs a renovation, that would value the fare at least 25% more. Considering the prices in SP it was a quite affordable price.
Building and Forniture need urgente renovation, cleaness should be better mainly the corredors

Good location with reasonable price.
Room is large and comfortable.
Breakfast is good.
The entrance is in the corner of the building, can't see.
Confirmed for late check out but the reception did not notice in the system, waist the time to remind because only one person in charge.

The location as well the friendly staff.
The bed upper cover was with a clear signal of overused therefore should be replaced. The internet was very bad, sometimes without signal at all. The door hanger of the balcony was broken
