The location was great and easy to find. Lots of restaurants about a 10 min walk.
Having tea & coffee in the room would be a start.

Comfortable beds, quadruple room with terrace, easy check out, to go breakfast as we had to catch an early train, and quiet at night.

Hotel position and food were very good, and the stuff very helpfull and polite. Very close to the train station and the bus station. The room was very clean.

Directly opposite the station and bus stops, but no noise from either.
Clean, good breakfast and dinner choices, comfortable bed, great shower.
All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
Frequent, easy and cheap bus service to and from Assisi so cheaper and less noise than staying in the town.
Maybe the menu in other languages please?
