Great location near cafes and restaurants. Hotel in quiet side street but 2 mins walk to Main Street. Room was spacious and well laid out. Bed comfortable, linen clean. Bathrooms spotless.
A little dated here and there. Lift area poor. Carpets in corridors badly stained where people have carried drinks to their rooms from reception.

Had a few issues and they jumped straight in and tried to help and resolve.
Could not control the air conditioning unit speed. Found a workaround but considering how hot it was that week was grateful to have a new unit recently installed.

The air-conditioning was great. The size of the room was huge. The coffee and water bar in the lobby was also helpful. Good location.
We found a majority of the staff to be quite rude when we asked for help, aside from a few at checkout. Our room was supposed to be cleaned on day 3 and it was not, which was unfortunate as water was spilled on our bedding and we had to remove it so when we came back from one of the tomorrowland nights at 3 am we had to get bedding from the front desk and make it ourselves. Unfortunately due to the influx of people arriving that day they had no duvets so we had to sleep with our wet one. The carpet is horrendous and we had to wear sandals while in the room because the carpet looked so gross. The room (especially the lamp shades) was very dusty. And we found it quite frustrating that there was no plug-in in the bathroom where the only mirror is, and had to use compact mirrors to do our hair near other plugs. The price of the Continental breakfast was also outrageous for what was offered, but as it were my partner is vegan so there were no options for her so we went elsewhere for food.
