Great location, ideal sized family room. Comfortable beds and pillows.
The property is old and so rooms are not very soundproofed and suffer effects of creaky floorboards and thin walls/ceilings.

The hotel was very close to the beach and breakfast was good.
The hotel has only 5 parking spots for 26 rooms! You have to find your own parking in an overrun town.
The rooms are outdated and small. The bathroom has the tiniest shower I have ever seen, too small to wash my hair without hurting my elbows!
The TV was on a small cabinet wedged into a corner next to a cabinet, you could only see half the screen from the bed.
