Good location for night stay when traveling to UK. Place itself is nice but sound isolation is shocking. Staff was nice and welcome. The biggest issue was other guests. We couldn’t sleep all night. People had zero consideration towards the fact that someone is already sleeping. All night long in the very late night hours or early morning hours bunch of different individuals talked very loud in front of the doors, inside the rooms or slamming doors or frequently walking out and back into the rooms. Fact is we got the room just opposite staircase which contributed in all this disappointment. We couldn’t believe the level of disrespect of other guests.

It was super clean. I loved the room we stayed in, very spacious and stylish. Breakfast was delicious too so much variety and options.
I think if the tv had Netflix or chromecast where I could connect from my phone to YouTube for example that’ll heighten the experience. Make the stay even more enjoyable. Also there’s no lift, I think facilitating that type of comfort would be good for people have mobility issues.
