Location very close to train station and Storgata. Good breakfast. Price with booking dot com discount was very reasonable for Norway.
Occasional foul smell from bathroom drain. The mattress topper was rather thin and not anchored, so it bunched up.

The breakfast was excellent. The location of the hotel was perfect for us.
The first room had a shower over the bathtub. It was a little slippery getting out of it.

Very good customer service. Reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Great location near the station and centre of town. A charming hotel decorated with interesting art with ‘history’.

Clean, great location for my needs, pretty coffee room, very kind staff. Available coffee all the time. Great view from the breakfast room. Very stylish hotel, indeed.
Too expensive (MGP day) with too little extras, like toiletries. The radiator wasn’t working, although I pressed the ON button, and it remained cold. The room was cold for me.
No towel for the bath floor.
It would be more convenient if the WiFi details were available in the rooms, not only at the reception.
