Buon hotel, ottimo personale

Reception molto gentili e disponibilii. Colazione eccezionale. Personale davvero ottimo (Abdo e lo chef venezuelano). Posizione perfetta e nel complesso design accattivante.

Doccia dentro vasca con tenda non è il massimo. Almeno una bottiglietta d'acqua in camera va messa in un hotel di questo tipo. Da ultimo, la sauna era chiusa per ristrutturazione, sarebbe meglio saperlo prima e non dopo che si è arrivati.

Nice hotel in good location, reasonably priced for what you get.

Well located hotel walking distance from attractions, restaurants, bars and cafes. Nice rooms - perfectly adequate if spending most of your time exploring. Friendly staff, and excellent breakfast to start your day.

Great Stay in Bergen, thanks to the Clarion

We loved everything about our stay at the Clarion Hotel. The staff were very helpful in every department. The rooms were spotless, the breakfast was ample with a great selection of choices, and the reception staff answered every question we had in a polite and respectful manner. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable and the ritual toiletries were very good quality A nice touch was the room outside the lifts where tea and coffee are available all day. The locality of the hotel is excellent and it was easy to get to the sights we wanted to see. We will gladly book this hotel again if, and when, we return to Bergen.

Schöner Aufenthalt gewesen

Das Personal war sehr kompetent und hilfsbereit. Alles hat super funktioniert ohne Probleme. Zimmer waren sehr geräumig, WLAN funktioniert gut, ein Aufzug war vorhanden. Beim Frühstücksbuffet hatte man eine sehr große Auswahl und schmeckte ausgezeichnet. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen.

Es gab keine Dusche nur eine Badewanne. Zu wenig Beleuchtung im Schlafzimmer.

Superb

Isabella from Spain at the reception was really nice and professional. I told her about something to fix it and she did it. The waiter at the breakfast from Egipto was very nice also.

Admiral hotel - spectacular views and amazing breakfast

We got transferred to Admiral due to off season the hotel and its views were out of this world, breakfast was spot on, free coffee in the lobby was a really nice touch

Room was tiny and bed was super soft we don't sleep well . In the other hotel the room we chose was bigger but as hotel got changed to I guess more up market the room shrieked. I wouldn't mind normally but in those conditions with constant rain there was space to put wet clothes away

Overall disappointed

The room was huge, beds were very confortables

No fridge in the room fitness room was underground, not easily accessible, without windows, machines were old. Sauna was not working; Buffet breakfast only from 8 am during weekend so if you have to go a bit early, you're missing it which is a shame given the price of the room.

Nothing there only view of the city not related the hotel

so bad location and room like you live in street . not comfortable beds . food so bad and no variety. staff not helpful . this hotel stolen my money almost 500$ i checked out early and they didn't refund money to me because i didn't find it good hotel . i advice all of you don't use this hotel anyway
