I couldn't find any faults with the hotel. A lovely hotel it's in a great location for transport. What more could you ask for..

The location is ideal for both transportation links and for centrum access.
Maybe the proximity to bars makes it a bit noisy but it depends on the company with which you travel.

Centrally located. Very comfortable room and beds. Great lounge area and shared kitchen. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The shared kitchen/lounge area was very modern. The bathrooms were also nicely done.
I was very disappointed by my stay here, especially given how expensive it was.
The room was very small and uncomfortable. We had 2 double beds in our room, for 4 adults. One bed was under a slanted ceiling, in a tight alcove, which made it very difficult to get in and out of, without bumping our heads. This bed was in a very tight space and was not conducive for adults. There was no space on either the left or right side of the bed.
In addition, the room was very loud at night. We were on the 5th floor (no elevator) and it sounded as though we were sleeping outside, with partying going on all night every night. We triple checked that all windows were closed, but it did not help.
The staff provided ear plugs, which did not decrease the noise. There are no staff on site, so it is impossible to solve any problems without going through a messaging service, which takes a long time to respond.
I messaged the staff on our first night requesting extra pillows (we were provided 1 pillow per person, and 1 towel per person), to help cover our ears while we slept. The staff did not respond, until I followed up the next day. When I followed up, they told me they do not provide extra pillows, but would drop it off the next morning to be courteous. The next morning was checkout, so this did not help.
The one thing we were looking forward to was the free coffee provided, however the coffee machine did not work during our stay, which was very disappointing. In addition, we tried using the hot water kettle in the kitchen and it would not turn on.
I would not stay here again.
