Прекрасное место рядом с городом

Прекрасный отель, очень чисто, светло и уютно. Вкусные завтраки с отличным видом на море и горы. Номер потрясающий, с удобными подушками. Очень приятно было получить приветственные подарки - свечу и диффузор!

относительно города - далеко от центра, но это 10-15 минут на трансфере или на Uber, который прекрасно работает в городе

Great experience

The view is amazing. The restaurant staff is very courtesy. They introduced the dishes and also offered to take pictures for our sweet memory.

It would be great if the resort could increase the frequency of the shuttle.

NOT family friendly or worth the money!

The beautiful view of beagle channel

The value was NOT worth it. We never had a chance to pay in cash and they made sure to charge the extra 40% for Credit so as a foreigner you get zero discounts. Had real issues trying to contact the property before check in, even though it was to add a night!! Had to book another hotel because of it. The day before we were to check in we did get in contact and we’re told we could get an earlier check in, 11am, but when we arrived we had to sit in lobby for an hour before it was it ready. Got a lot of side eyes and annoying glances from the “high class” Buenos guests for having kids. Our room had a view of the parking lot, not mountains, and the bright lights were pretty terrible. Room service wouldn’t refill water for coffee and left their cleaning products in the room. These people have never really seen a five star hotel or how you should be treated. They had construction going on in half of the facility and was rather loud and my son almost got hit by a worker carrying a mirror down the stairs!! For the inconvenience we were given a “free” dinner or lunch (literally the same thing you get with booking.com deal, so really get nothing) but weren’t told that there were items not included. ended up spending almost $150 usd on a FREE dinner. Same thing with the “free” excursion, ended up having to pay a premium for those too. Seriously disappointed. The stairs down to the waters edge were very slippery and I almost broke my ankle slipping on them and going in between the slats. no warning signs or anti-slip footings.

Great place for vacation in Ushuaia

Great place, gorgeous location, Beagle view and beach. you could also enjoy spa, pool and jacuzzi outside, great massages, so friendly staff. They have shuttle to the city, good schedule

A breathtaking location with Wonderfull facilities.

The beds in the twin rooms are very narrow, a bit more comfort will be welcomed.

Amazing views over the Beagel Channel Hotel located in the nature / far away from city center

Be extremely careful with “hotel” taxis charging x2 official prices Excursion canceled less than 24h before (officially for weather conditions despite perfect weather this day) Very slow wifi (when working…) Very noisy rooms + hot heating
