The view was fantastic, directly on Beagle Channel and surrounded by the Andes. Excellent choices for breakfast, excellent choices on dinner menu and the spa was very good

Best hotel in Ushuaia to see the area or when travelling to or from Ushuaia airport taking a cruise. Luxury resort and Spa for those staying longer. Great location looking over Beagle Channel

The value was NOT worth it. We never had a chance to pay in cash and they made sure to charge the extra 40% for Credit so as a foreigner you get zero discounts. Had real issues trying to contact the property before check in, even though it was to add a night!! Had to book another hotel because of it. The day before we were to check in we did get in contact and we’re told we could get an earlier check in, 11am, but when we arrived we had to sit in lobby for an hour before it was it ready. Got a lot of side eyes and annoying glances from the “high class” Buenos guests for having kids. Our room had a view of the parking lot, not mountains, and the bright lights were pretty terrible. Room service wouldn’t refill water for coffee and left their cleaning products in the room. These people have never really seen a five star hotel or how you should be treated. They had construction going on in half of the facility and was rather loud and my son almost got hit by a worker carrying a mirror down the stairs!! For the inconvenience we were given a “free” dinner or lunch (literally the same thing you get with booking.com deal, so really get nothing) but weren’t told that there were items not included. ended up spending almost $150 usd on a FREE dinner. Same thing with the “free” excursion, ended up having to pay a premium for those too. Seriously disappointed. The stairs down to the waters edge were very slippery and I almost broke my ankle slipping on them and going in between the slats. no warning signs or anti-slip footings.
