Rooms equiped with blackout curtains for good sleep.
Good price compared to nearby competition.
Room was a bit outdated.
Took a while to get a run of warm water.
Bathroom had no heated place to dry a towel.
There was no room service to change damp towels.
Lack of shampoo / shower gel in a bathroom with old fashioned dispenser.
Strong syntethic smell in corridors because of low quality scent diffuser.

The staff is very kind and arranged what we asked for free. The hotel location is good, there is a big supermarket close enough and a tram stop, where you can take the tram to go to the old town. The room itself was clean and cozy. Next to the reception is a kitchen to be used by everyone, which has a fridge, stove, kettle and filtered water. There are also sofas in the lobby where you can chill in the evening. Free and safe parking is a huge plus.
No mosquito nets on windows so mosquitoes and huge spiders were coming inside. Matress was too soft and springs were making so much noise with every move. It would be nice to have a kettle and a fridge in the room. Hotel feels a little empty because the receptionist only stays until 18.

Parking included to accommodation price. Clean room. Possibility to use fridge and microvave. Good instructions before check-in.
