Staff was lovely and the food was great. We loved our stay and will come back. The room was modern and had a nice balcony and sofa.
We had problems with the AC, the staff tried to help several times but it wasn't working properly. Also some dead bugs in the hallway (but at least we saw none alive).

Excellent resort, very conveniently placed from Singapore. Although the resort is still in soft launch we found it in very good state to enjoy a great break.
Maybe the resort is a little bit isolated from the rest of the island. We managed to get a tour with a local taxi driver arranged through the hotel and visited "the real Bintan".
