The resort is great. You could tell it’s new, and still developing. But I could imagine once they have everything ready, it would be amazing.
The staff in the beach club just kept talking and didn’t pay attention to the services. I waited for long time for bill, and asked for the shuttle going back to hotel. The shuttle arrived and they didn’t let me know and I waited for 15 mins…

Fantastic hotel with lots of pool options, private beach, great breakfast and really friendly staff who want to make sure you are having a good time. Also great tour company onsite the hotel - we thoroughly enjoyed a 4 hour tour across different parts of the Island with the fantastic driver and guide - Andre.
I was hoping to get a pregnancy massage, but the salon had no treatment options for pregnant women unfortunately.
I used the nail salon services onsite- and it would have been nice for the staff to speak better english (it was hard to understand each other for booking appointments, etc) .
Would also be great if the onsite restaurants and accepted other currencies in cash (especially SGD).

The way the hotel welcomed us into the palm fringed pools, hammocks, carefully manicured gardens and beach was just the start. It got better with comfortable newly furnished rooms excellent restaurants and expansive breakfast. Michelle found us relaxing and gave us the list of all available activities during the day. She suggested we try the Beach Club a golf cart away and so glad she did. Staff continued to work hard to make us welcome.
Absolutely nothing. Just that we had to leave this true paradise
