The food and location was great so it was very convenient in this regard
The place was overall extremely loud - there was music around the pools at all times at extremely high volumes and the eating halls, because of the way they were designed were just an assault on the senses. I even had music coming out of the air vents in the bathroom.. it was hard to be calm or rest.

The hotel was clean, the rooms were comfortable, the location was good, and the staff was polite.
The food was the weakest part of the hotel. It did not meet the standards expected from a 4-star all-inclusive hotel. The quality of the ingredients was low, and the meals lacked variety and flavor.
