It was really lovely right near the center. Staff were very friendly rooms were clean and it was really a pleasure to stay there

The hotel is situated downtown. It is away from the traffic noise.
The hotel's restaurant is completely closed. Not even the most basic breakfast option available, although it is advertised so on booking.com. I was unable to even get a coffee.
Rooms are small and stuffy. The water was barely lukewarm, which fortunately did not bother us much because it was the heat of summer. No option for self-catering in the rooms (not even coffee cups or a kettle), which would have been nice provided the restaurant is no longer functional.
The building is crammed between 10-stories condominiums and that's what you can admire from the windows: the balconies and concrete walls of communist-era apartment buildings from max 10 meters away.
