The pillows were dreadful. Such a shame as the room was lovely, and they have obviously spent money on the rooms, spoilt by the awful pillows were rock hard. I asked if they had softer pillows so they gave me a third pillow, also rock hard. Spoilt my sleep both nights.

Room was in an ideal position for myself and my dog. Easy access to the raised lawn area and the dog exercise area.
Found it a little difficult carrying luggage from car to room trying to hold doors open, hold dog and get luggage through the doors.
The room was very warm so had to leave the window open. Unfortunately the bed did result in a little backache in the mornings but soon wore off.
A shoe or boot scraper would be useful outside the patio door to clean shoes or boots when returning from the dog exercise area.

Staff were generally helpful, there was free electric car charging
Bed was uncomfortable, pillows awful, duvet heavy and man made fibre and far too warm for the season. Room uncomfortably hot, no air conditioning, only a very noisy and ineffective fan. Breakfast buffet poor, and more expensive than advertised in the room
