The location is the best part of the hotel. Right next to the beach. Although they do not have parking, there is a big parking lot right across the street, just a little walk. The room was good, but did not have a balconny, just windows. The view was south, over the entance of the Mondego river and some part of the beach. Breakfast was good, but not overwhelming.
Only one small elevator for 6 floors. And I think about 14 rooms per floor. The breakfast is at the topfloor, so in the morning you have to be patient.

This hotel is directly at the beach and in the heart of town. Nice beds. Spacious rooms. Wonderful views from the breakfast room on the top floor.

Well , its not that i didn’t like, but it was an old hotel that hás redesign , its ok but not luxury or trendy. Its ok
