Pleasant stay

Stayed for 5 days. Very clean suite. Has separate pantry, living, dining areas, storage area for baggage and a spacious washroom. Two separate TVs for living room and bedroom and can view two separate channels simultaneously. Microwave oven .large refrigerator, hot plates and pantry with wash basin were very useful Separate Shower cubicle in addition to the bath tub. Can walk directly into the adjoining Platinum plaza through connecting bridge without stepping on to the street. Bus stop directly in front of the hotel gives easy access to all important places. Closeby shopping malls like Big C, Market and Central world can be accessed without having to go in the sun or rain. Staff is very friendly, courteous and helpful. Unlike most hotels in big cities it has windows with a real city view.

Restaurants closes too early. Swimming pool is very good. Breakfast is very goood.

Very bad and not

Nothing, The only good thing that they refunded the payment for other nights.

Everything is bad. I changed my booking from 4 nights to 1 only. Very old furniture and windows not closing properly, the cars sound and the traffic are very annoying. My friends got sensitive and start itching his skin. I will Never come back again to this hotel and don’t recommend anyone to book.

Great location

Location was perfect especially for the two seniors we traveled with - Platinum is literally next door to the hotel, accessible without climbing stairs or crossing the street. The hotel also houses a boutique, Burger King, a massage parlor, and other convenient facilities.

Carpet could have been cleaner (or stripped altogether), it would also have been nice to provide cutlery and china in the kitchenette.

Good breakfast, location and nothing else.

Very old and dirty carpets and couches, with burned spots on the floor, noisy compressor for the aircon just under the only window you can open. On 10th floor is like that, I will not recommend to anyone. I was misled by the definition "Smoking Unit"

Good for Family Stay to ram the City of Bangkok

Location in the heart of the metro very accessible to all major establishments. All major shops are walking distance away.

Affordable and nice hotel in the middle of shopping malls and busy Bangkok city

This hotel can be reached via taxi or the BTS skytrain, nearest station is Chiklom (15 minutes' walk). You can stop at the Hard Rock Cafe along the way. Then follow the walkway, enter Platinum Mall, and you are at the hotel, Ask around, they can speak English, or use Google translate, very helpful. Check in is good, almost immediate. The room is spacious, and I love the bath tub (which overlooks the beautiful city of Bangkok). Even though it is on the 23rd floor, the water pressure is good, the hot water is awesome. The bed is nice, and the room is clean. Microwave, fridge, dining table, hot plate and of course, the mineral glass bottle (do not take the bottle home). The staff is pleasant; they speak English and are eager to assist; I adore them all. The hotel is directly across the street from Platinum Mall, opposite Krungthong Plaza (a larger-sized (size 3XL-7XL clothing plaza) and, of course, Pratunam Market. Breakfast is good, anything with an egg station is good. Love the variety of food. The pool is clean too. The pool is on the same floor as the breakfast cafe (level 8). This hotel is good for everyone. They serve jambu madu or Java apple, they are super crunchy and so nice to eat, i love the breakfast, really, wifi is good and strong even for 3 people. the room is quiet.

nothing really, everything is good, is just that, the pool opens at 7am to 8pm, i was there at 7am, but the cleaner has not finished cleaning so i have to stop to let her clean the pool. no biggies, then, the hotel never reply to my message here in booking.com. wonder why. but i can check in immediately when I arrive, that was the plus point

When I come back there next Year I Will stay at Grand Diamond Suite Hotel, the receptionist are good

The hotel is very near to the shopping area, the room is clean and very good but for the breakfast, It has already many varian food only the taste is not too excellent.

I have been previously and would return again

Staff were very nice and the location was excellant. Room size was good, a bit dated but clean and confortable.

I found the bed extremely hard and had to ask for the mattress to be softened with extra under blankets. I was dissappointed that the gym and spa where not in operation. I understand these were closed because of covid but they were listed as a facility of the hotel and l wanted to use them daily but could not. Although the buffet breakfast was discounted l also found it dissappointing not to be a full buffet. TV channels were very limited with no english speaking channels
