The location is perfect as it is next door to Platinum Mall. There are many fresh food and drinks choices right outside the hotel. Walking distance to Big C, Graysorn Mall, Central World and Siam Paragon (quite a distance but reachable via R Walk). While the hotel is always busy, the elevators are fast and front desk is responsive to calls and requests.
I have stayed here more than a decade ago and while the hotel is showing its age, its amenities cannot be beat. Just expect a lot of people at the lobby as it is quite busy with numerous guests.

Location. I can get to alot of malls in downtown by foot from hotel very easily.
The hotel feels old now. The room is noisy both outside from the road and from the other rooms.
