I would definitely stay here in future.

The room is spacious and had all the facilities we need. I love it’s especially the washing machine as we travelled as family and needed to get clothes cleansed everyday. The location is excellent it is nearby to all the tourist spots within walking distance. Eg. Tofu skincare, malls such as pratunam/december/big c/central world, night markets, 7e, massage saloon, street food hawkers all below the hotel.

The hotel is currently under renovation and it gets a little cramp and dusty.

A good hotel for a family and great location

The room was spacious for a family. They accommodated our room requests to be closer to each other. It was clean and comfortable. The location is perfect! We would be returning again.

Bien situé et confortable

L'emplacement très correct a quelques centaines de mètres de station de métro ! La grandeur de la chambre ! Le confort du lit ! Les toilettes japonaises que je voudrais bien partout ! Excellent petit déjeuner Et beaucoup d'animation juste à côté !

Bruyant ,mais nous sommes prévenus qu il faut des bouchons d'oreilles !

A good experience. Clean rooms, big beds and comfy linen. Clean toilets!

Very central and convenient to all shopping. Walking distance to sky train.

Ok for a short stay

The room was big and comfortable. The staff was very nice all the time.

Breakfast had many option but not tasty. The building feels old and some if the facilites need some refresh.

The location is superb and the staffs are alwys so helpful and friendly. I have been staying with this hotel for the last 15years. The hotel has recently renovated all the rooms and it’s really nice.

Disappointed

The location is good, very close to many attractions

The first room was a disaster in terms of cleaning. We found spots and insects on the beds, and they look like they haven't been cleaned for a long time We requested to change the rooms and it was much better. The hotel is under renovation, so if you are going to book, try rooms in the lower floors 7 and under The breakfast is not wow, good for morning coffee and egg plate!

Really my stay was incredible. I tried to extend my stay, however, there was no space.

Housekeeping team was helpful to help hang our wet clothes ( aft swimming) on the clothing rack.. ( we layed our wet clothes on the floor at the balcony to dry) .. Place is accessible to 7-11 store n other shopping areas..

Toilet door was not able to close completely and there was no place for us to hang our clothes in the toilet.

4th stay, 1st stay after their reno. good

location is fantastic. there is a sofa bed and I can easily set it up for my kids to sleep. Nearby masseur can come over to massage at no surchrage.

draining of water is slow. aircon doesnt seem to be working well

The location, friendliness of the counter staff and it is value for money

Some parts of the room are a little dirty, with some stains on the sheets. The upper floors are a little rundown which the current renovation is good! The deluxe room was smaller than expected.

Will definitely stay there again!

The hotel room was surprisingly big! It was definitely worth the price paid.

Take note that you'll be required to pay for security deposit.

Overall was great but need a little improvement.

The newly renovated room was very cosy and nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was very proactive as they will call to check if you require their service.

First day stay and we saw a cockroach in the room during the night. Not a real big deal but could be better to ensure no bugs in the room before customer check in. The lift was very slow too. During peak hours, have to wait for at least 15mins. Hope it will be better after their renovation.

Nice hotel and great staff!

Have always liked staying here. The hotel has close access to Platinum Market and the market that takes you through to Indra and Baiyoke Markets which is pretty handy, but you would need a taxi if you wanted to venture further such as MBK. The staff can't be faulted in any way and the pool is really nice.

We normally stay at a higher floor (our preference) but this time we were placed on the 7th floor so we missed the view which was a shame. The cost did come in a little high - we found another hotel for when we returned to Bangkok which was over $100AUD cheaper for the same time period and this swayed our decision to cancel our return booking.

ok but there are other good hotel choices

the newly renovated rooms were really amazing and clean.

at first upon check in, I received a room which I did not asked for (double twin room) instead of the grand deluxe room. I wasn’t too happy about it as the room was outdated, lights were only available at the front door and the amenities in the room was pretty much old too and the fact that I did not booked the twin room. went down to complain and they had to “check” if any rooms were available. I feel that the hotel staff should check bookings before issuing out the keycards. when complained, they immediately change my room to the room that I booked. lift were too damn slow

Only an average stay.

Hotel is undergoing renovations, so place is a little dusty and noisy. We had to change rooms twice because of the noise at night from the main road which makes it difficult to sleep. But the hotel staff was accommodative to give us a room which finally met with our expectations.

Traffice noise, cos the sound proofing of the room is poor.

Was a great holiday

Location was great, very convenient to move around places. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had good varieties. Overall experience was great , and would definitely come back again in future.
