All the staff are friendly and courteous especially Okam...The location is near to central world , big C etc. The breakfast so tasty.
The cleanliness of the room need to improve because they only change the beddings everyday but they didn't clean the toilet that's why there is a small cockroach. Our room is the last room in the 3rd floor where near to their storage of rug , we can get the rug smell.

The breakfast was very good and the hotel was in a nice location
1) I was unable to pay my bill with a credit card without paying extra charges.
2) There was too many notices about threatening that if you did this or that you would incur a fine.
3) There was no carpets on the floor anywhere thus it was sometimes very noisy.
4) The place felt like it was an institution rather than a hotel.
