The hotel location is convenient and the property itself is large.
Not suitable for families with young children.
I requested a baby cot before arrival but received no response. The hotel later acknowledged the issue but did not offer any refund or compensation.
I had booked a 4-night stay, but due to a family emergency I missed the cancellation deadline. The hotel made no effort to contact me.
When I later requested a partial refund, the responses were slow and inflexible. Even with support from Booking.com, the hotel refused to provide any refund or credit.
Everyone may face unexpected difficulties and hope for some understanding, but the hotel chose to respond with rigid policies and a lack of empathy.
