Location, very close to Siam. And the Thai hospitality is absolutely fantastic. The receptionist addressed my name very well. And thank you for the upgrade. The breakfast too, too much choices I really love it. Coffee is too good, I craved. Housekeeping know I drink a lot of water they prepared extra water inside my room which is a nice touch.

Pillow tooooo soft even though I have requested the “firm” one. Pillows that marked “firm” is almost the same with “soft”, I couldn’t sleep well for 4 nights. I was assigned to North Wing, very long walk from the lobby, absolutely not friendly for elderly to walk for such a long distance (might request South Wing for my next stay). One of the bathrobe went missing after one of the housekeeping day, fortunately I have explained to the receptionist during checkout.
