We were travelling as a family and this was our first time staying at this hotel. The facilities were very well equipped, and having a washing machine in the room was especially convenient since we were travelling with a child.
Most importantly, every staff member at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. Whenever they saw us arriving at the entrance, they would quickly come over to open the door and even proactively help with our luggage. The service was truly warm and thoughtful.
Definitely a hotel worth staying at, and we would be happy to come back again!

Good location.
Rooms were not well appointed, very limited power points, no USB charging ports, generally the amenities were lacking.
