The location was good, it was close to shops and the main road. The lobby is quite modern and the staff were really helpful! I didn't like my room when we first arrived and asked if we could swap rooms. They gave us until 2pm to see if something was available for the three of us. They asked us to pack our things and leave everything in the room as we were going out. By the time we got back, the new room was sorted and our luggage had already been moved over. The staff were honestly so helpful throughout our stay, and that was everyone we came across. The breakfast was good too, with a good variety of options.
The room itself was quite outdated and definitely needed some TLC. The initial room we were given had a mouldy smell and the toilet flush wasn't working properly as it was very intermittent. The bedding also smelt like it hadn't been freshly washed, and we found some hair underneath the quilt, which wasn't great.
There was also some construction work that started at 9am. There was some information provided that construction work would be taking place, but unfortunately the work was directly above our room, so it wasn't ideal, especially after having a long flight.

This was our second stay, it works for us. A boutique ambience, serviced apartment-style accommodation, great location with access to world class restaurants and shopping just steps away. Our new home from home in Bangkok!

The hotel I feel it is like my home. I often have sleep difficulty when I stay in a hotel. Room is spacious with necessary amenities and furnitures. Location is excellent.
