The location is excellent with walking distance to two different BTS lines and Siam central and Lumpini Park.
The staff are excellent so helpful and attentive. When ever I needed anything they were so fast to oblige. Nothing was ever a problem.
For me the breakfast felt a little camped for space with a lot of the food trays empty. The separated sections feels a little strange with Western on one side and Asian on the other.
The rooms are not sound proof so there is often sounds of voices, doors and vacuum cleaning.

Everything, great location, room was Amazing
Not enough water in the room, and the amount of children running in the corridors not controlled by their parents was so annoying. This was the case in the lobby area as well.
