Location was close to Ratchadamri BTS and walking distance to Central World shopping mall. The one bedroom suite was lovely, spacious, incredibly comfortable, clean and provided everything one could need. staff were friendly and welcoming.
3:00pm check was later than I would prefer as I had arrived after an overnight flight however reception did eventually get me into my room earlier than 3:00.
Building works next door during the day made the pool area less enjoyable but it was peaceful at night. I was not made aware of this construction disruption until after I had booked a non Refundable stay.

it is away from the busyness of bangkok. the rooms are spacious and clean. the staff are very helpful and friendly.
the pillows and pillowcases are starting to undergo wear and tear, perhaps time to rethink of changing the bedding sets; ac is centralized so hard to regulate the temp( have been a loyal customer so i have seen the changes over time)
the construction noise around the area is a bother ( not their fault though just commenting)
