Location and welcoming staff
I was not satisfied with the housekeeping service. The housekeeping staff came at different times each day—sometimes in the morning and sometimes in the afternoon—which made it difficult to plan our day.
When we told her that we were sleeping and asked her to come back later, she said her shift would be over by then, so our room was not cleaned.
Unfortunately, there was also no “Do Not Disturb” or “Please Make Up Room” door sign available, which would have helped avoid this issue.

Great breakfast.
Lower restaurant could have been open for dinner when you don't feel like leaving the hotel. The other restaurants are nice but when you are not in the mood to have a upgraded expensive dinner not worth it.

The staff all amazing. They are the reason I return to this hotel. Genuinely assist in all aspects of stay. Concierge and admin outstanding.

Location was great & a short stroll to many shopping malls & precincts as well as BTS Siam & Chit Lom station
First impressions when walking into the hotel & main lobby lounge area & elevators well maintained.
Main restaurant located adjoining the lobby & breakfast was ok.
Room air conditioning & cooler fridge was highly useful to escape the heat.
Housekeeping staff was very helpful & attentive in providing towels & linen which were clean.
Parking facilities provided.
Rooms are small & were dated with old furniture, ruggered carpets & curtains, bathroom tiles & fittings were old & rusted.
Have to get onto the tub to shower which causes water to spill over & flood the bathroom even with a shower curtain making it an inconvenience.
Major rooms renovation & upgrade is in dire need considering the price paid for the room.
