good spread of breakfast at the club house. staff are very friendly and helpful. hotel managed to arrange for early check in which is much appreciated.
there is drainage smell coming out of the master bedroom toilet.

The shower and hand gel was not refill daily, our few day stay has not enough

Breakfast and location was good.
Unfortunately, the housekeeping experience fell well below expectations. On two consecutive days, I had to contact hotel services because the small towels had not been replaced after the room was serviced. Having to repeatedly follow up on such a basic housekeeping requirement was disappointing.
In addition, the pillows were in very poor condition—extremely flat and uncomfortable—and clearly not at the standard I would expect from a hotel of this level. These may seem like small details, but they have a significant impact on the overall guest experience and should be addressed.
