Beautifull sceneries but facilities and services not ready for summer visitors

Location. Hiking trails, mostly organized by the government

They placed us some meters away from a construction site despite of the fact that the hotel was almost empty. A good way to have one time customers

Well-located and well-equipped excellent hotel with very nice breakfast

the hotel is very well-located and well-equipped - it is having the perfect starting location for the trips as well as amazing view to the valley; kettle availability; easy parking in front of the hotel; friendly and helpful reception (no problem with late arrival); excellent and rich breakfast - enjoyable local specialities, wide variety of food

Pyhä was a Perfect way to introduce my wife to the joys of skiing Finnish Lapland.

Plentiful Breakfast for our skier legs. Just great. Everything was available.

Nice mountains view but the main hotel building needs renovation in the rooms

Mountain view from the room window. Everything was clean. Nice small grocery store in the lobby area ‘R kioski’.

Some areas at the hotel were outdated, no lift in the hotel. Also construction work ongoing in the parking lot area and thus very hard to park a car anywhere near hotel and the hotel is in hilly area.

Great breakfast buffet with plenty of options for every diet.

Great place, room for improvement. Expensive but it's "the" hotel in Pyhä and worth the convenience

Good location with bus stop right outside, trails outside, good bathroom, great view, good breakfast

No air conditioning, but there is a fan. There's a kettle but no coffee or tea to make. No fridge. Very hard to fill water bottles for hikes from the tap, had to pour 20 glasses of water and pour them into my bottle one by one

A very good choice in the area, yet maybe not the best

Great location of the hotel. All the trails in Pyhä start only few hundred meters away. The restaurants, the visitor center/museum, K-Market all within 5min walk reach. Clean room with a great view. Many lounge areas inside the hotel and a cozy restaurant. The sauna is spacious with a pleasant steam. Gym is a plus, it has a great view, a balcony outside, and a direct access to the showers and the sauna.

The opening hours for the sauna and gym are quite inconvenient (visited in the summer). Ideally, I would prefer the gym to open earlier (e.g. at 6-7am, before the breakfast time) and for the sauna to stay open till midnight (so to have an option to visit it after a long hike and a dinner). The gym is rather simple (e.g. does not have a proper stand for barbell squats), yet should be enough for a light exercise. Room cleaning is questionable - I asked for one and even the trash bag in the bathroom did not get removed.

Great location and comfortable stay

Convenient and comfortable. A great base for exploring the area. I did several activities booked through Bliss Adventure which were excellent. The hotel breakfast was expansive. The room has lots of space for hanging and drying your gear.

Make sure to bring your own shampoo, soap, and conditioner. The grocery shop is a 15-min walk down the hill.

Great hotel with a magnificent view.

Good breakfast, good rooms with magnificent view. Friendly stuff. Forgotten in the bar item was kindly sent to us by stuff with only postage payment. All hiking routes starts literally from the hotel location. Same with skiing.

Was a bit chilly in the room. Sauna was turned off 1h earlier then was promised.
