Correct mais des petites améliorations sont possibles pour améliorer la qualité.

La situation géographique et la qualité des matelas.

Radiateur électrique de mauvaise qualité, bruyant. L’insonorisation des lieux, on entend la TV des voisins et tout ce qu’il s’y passe dans le couloir le matin. Une seul clé de dispo quand on vient en couple et que nous travaillons à des horaires différentes il faut mettre notre clé dans une boîte aux lettres communes, ce qui ne rassure pas, possibilité de vol. Manque de matériel dans les cuisines et chambre : table de chevet, pas de paire de ciseaux. Un seul sachet de thé pour 2 pour plusieurs nuit… La difficulté du personnel à s’adapter à nos horaires d’arrivée, insistance pour arriver après 15h et pas de dépose bagage. Cet hébergement dépanne bien, le Zenitude confort près du lac offre un meilleur service. Le rapport qualité prix reste correct pour le secteur mais il faut s’adapter à l’hôtel, ce n’est pas l’inverse pour celui-ci.

A very pleasant short break. For us the deficiencies were only minor

Allowed our pet dog. comfortable room with effective mini kitchen and a small terrace. Helpful reception staff. Washing machine and dryer available. Good parking

Unfortunately we were in a room where it was very smelly from the cigarette smoke. Who is not smoking it can be a problem as well.

Beautiful location but lack of hot water

It was a beautiful location, peaceful view from the 2nd floor balcony room onto the golf course. The room was extremely clean and the kitchenette was the most useful feature for us. The staff was pleasant overall. This room is suitable for a short stay and basic amenities to shower, sleep and eat.

Our hot water ran out every day even though we were 2 people in one room and we were very careful about water consumption as we had read reviews complaining about hot water. We took 10 min showers each and were told that there is a supply of 100L which seemed unrealistic. One staff member Rina did help by offering us a key to another room but my sister had to move rooms mid shower which was extremely inconvenient. I went to get replacements for towels/toilet rolls and was made to walk around the supply rooms which I don't think any customer would want to do, so better service there would have been good.

Ok, but poor value for the money. This seems to be standard in France for this type of residential hotel.

Location is good. Staff is friendly! Plenty of parking space, convenient.

some guests cooked their door opened instead of opening their window, spreading their steak smell into all the corridors, however this behavior seemed to be normal for the staff. The wifi didn't work properly at the beginning. Stench in some of the corridors (like heavy sweat). We stayed a couple of nights, however cleaning staff did not come to clean our rooms, not even once. Heaters did not properly work. Water tank was leaking in one of our rooms.

well situated; quiet; free parking onsite; the reception personnel are extremely friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable

I informed my arrival time between 18 and 19:00 hrs. My flight was delyed 1.40 hours. Arrived at the property at 20:40. It was pouring rain. Entrance door was locked. Nobody at the reception. No telephone number at the door to be called. I called the phone number mentioned on my reservation. It was an answering machine. Then I decided to look for another hotel in Divonne-les-Bains. At the moment of the reservation I should have been informed what to do in case of late arrival.Apalling service!!!

Pleasant stay

The studio was spacious, bed was comfy and kitchen was well equipped, plenty of parking spaces and 10 minute drive to restaurants. There were lots of green areas around the block so our dog could do her business without having to walk far.

They couldn't charge our card, and there is no receptionist in the evening so we had to leave our tour from Geneva to come check in, use the exact same card we used on the booking on the machine and drive back to Geneva again. No other hotels had issues charging our card. If not for this they would have gotten 10/10

Comfortable room, a bit noisy

The room was simple, but comfortable enough with a small kitchenette. Ok for breakfast, but you'd struggle to do much in the way of cooking. The walk into the main part of Divonne is pretty short. Overall, good value for money.

A little noisy. The corridors are all hard concrete so EVERY sound gets reflected as people walk up and down. Walls are also pretty thin. Bring earplugs.
