Hotel na veľmi dobrej úrovni, neobmedzený prístup do SPA, menší bazén a dve sauny - fínska a parná.

Raňajky na veľmi dobrej úrovni. Ešte by sa mohli naučiť správne pripraviť praženicu, tie vajíčka boli podobné ako z prášku. Výbor bol veľmi dobrý. Mohol byť lepší výber ovocia.

Na raňajky sa muselo prechádzať do inej budovy. Usporiadanie ubytovania trocha metúce, ubytovali nás na prízemí. V saunách boli povinné plávky, čo je nezdravé a určite nevhodné.

Pas digne d'un 4 étoiles

L'accueil à la réception, Le sauna, le hammam, la piscine

Mon drap de lit avec tache de café, le papier hygiénique épais comme une feuille à cigarettes, la salade de fruit insipide, le service au petit déjeuner peu réactif à remplir le pot de fromage blanc surtout pour un petit déjeuner facturé 24€....

Not really worth the money I paid

It’s below one star standard. The room was provided with sofa bed and the pillow is so low quality. We couldn’t sleep while night.

It’s big but we was given a room on an old building. Not good at all.

Magnifique !

L’accueil chaleureux ! On a vraiment passé un bon moment et puis tt est réuni dans un même endroit restaurant bowling bar ! Franchement c’était super dommage qu’il y’es qu’une seul piscine pour autant de monde ! Mais sinon rien à dire excellent week-end je recommande !

SDB petite pour une chambre familiale Une Douche aurait été plus judicieux Horaire famille piscine pas très claire et pas adapté 17/19h ou 07h/10h, sachant qu’on est proche de Disney on est pas disponible à ces heures là généralement ! Dommage

Spa très sale !! A fuir

La chambre Le Bowling

Le spa était clairement dégoûtant . L eau état trouble et ça n'a pas loupé nous y avons attrapé des poux et mon fils 2 verrues .

Fui positivamente surpreendida com a estrutra do hotel. Ele é lindo e muito completo, café da manhã delicioso com muitas opções, rápido e fácil acesso ao meu destino que foi a Disneyland.

Ce fût agréable mais trop court.

La piscine intérieure.

Les travaux en cours au niveau du pédiluve de la piscine. Vous n’y êtes pour rien, mais le manque d’hygiène de certains! Mon conjoint a surpris un monsieur qui a voulu esquiver la douche avant la piscine. Mon conjoint s’est senti obligé de donner un coup de pression à ce monsieur MALPROPRE, en l’obligeant à se doucher!

Week-end détente et visite

La chambre est très belle, la literie est très confortable ainsi que les divers équipement de la chambre. L'hôtel avec ces équipements sont très propres et très appréciables. Je recommande vivement.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Schöne, moderne Zimmer, ausreichend Parkplätze, sympathisches Personal, gutes italienisches Restaurant im Haus. Angemessenes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.

Déception sur les prestations de notre chambre dite "premium" qui ne l'était pas

La piscine est très propre, agréable, ainsi que le sauna et le hamman Le petit déjeuner dans un lieu lumineux et reposant, variété des produits et de bonne qualité

On nous a vendu notre chambre comme une chambre "prémium" mais elle était moins spacieuse que la chambre non prémium que nous avions eu l'an dernier, pas de cuisine comme annoncé sur la réservation, les toilettes et la salle de bain manquent d'intimité, pas de balcon. Par ailleurs, les bains remous dont nous disposions l'année dernière ont été supprimés.

We zouden naar Disneyland gaan en dit hotel is erg makkelijk bereikbaar voor Disneyland. Voor Parijs centrum ligt het ne

Alles was piekschoon, je komt binnen de schuifdeuren door en het mat is al vlekkeloos perfect! De kamers zijn hygiënisch en een heel leuk kamer dubbele verdieping.

Dat er geen tube crème voor lichaam en geen haar conditioner aanwezig was. Meestal ben ik dat wel gewend bij hotels. Maar goed als dat het enige is :) heb zelf er eentje gehaald.

Je ne reviendrais pas

Le lit était confortable

Certaine personne de l’accueil La chambre avec les toiles d’araignée, les insectes, le sol très sale, le sèche cheveux très anciens et de mauvaise qualité, 1 seule prise disponible dans toute la chambre. Le spa et le vigile qui n’a rien fait pour le groupe d’homme qui sautaient et criaient au spa pendant qu’on essayait de se reposer Très très longue attente au restaurant, plusieurs table servis avant nous

Je n’y retournerai pas.

Personnel sympathique, bien que je n’ai pas eu l’impression d’avoir à faire à des hôtelier mais plutôt des commerciaux (ajout petit déjeuner/départ tardif,…). Elle a du me proposer 3 ou 4 options en plus tout ça pour 1 seule nuit ! Sinon bel endroit, vous donne l’impression du luxe !

Au delà du personnel, les chambres ne sont pas très propres (traces de moisissure dans la salle de bain, avec de la saleté entre les dalles de carrelage, traces sur la moquette, balcon sale également). Départ à 11h mais dès 10h45 vous avez plusieurs employés qui vous pressent en ouvrant et en fermant la porte.

J'hesiterai à revenir dans cet hotel

Le parking, c'était vraiment top, le hall très aéré et agréable.

Ma chambre était plus une configuration appart hotel qu'une chambre 4 étoiles. Le petit déjeuner 24€ par personne c'est extrêmement cher pour un établissement dans le 77. Un attrape touriste ok, mais pour des personnes qui connaissent la region parisienne comme le fut mon cas c'est abusé. La piscine on te demande d'aller au vestiaire alors que les peignoirs doivent être mis à disposition, le monsieur m'a répondu qu'il n'y avait plus de peignoirs. J'ai juste répondu ok.

A ne pas renouveler dans les mêmes conditions.

Que n'avez-vous pas apprécié : Le bruit extérieur des deux pompes à chaleur sous la fenêtre, qui ont fonctionnaient pratiquement toutes la nuit. J'ai eu l'impression d'être dans un camion avec le moteur allumé, donc très difficile de dormir et de passer une bonne nuit.

Great location, perfect rooms & friendly staff. The breakfast quality could be improved.

Great location. Only ten minutes drive to Disneyland. The Staff was friendly and nice. The rooms were as described in the pictures. Rooms were spacious and the sofa bed was actually like a bed where at least one person could sleep comfortably.

The breakfast quality was not satisfactory. It was rather bland and with not many options.

Everything was pretty good. Good to know in advance that shuttle to and from Disneyland has to be booked in advanced; this was a bit disappointing as we were not informed about it in advance. Some staff members- receptionists were especially nice and kind. Pretty nice breakfast, also gluten free options.

A lovely hotel with excellent staff

The location was good. There was a supermarket near and a free shuttle to Disneyland. The room was very nice. Modern and clean.

Needed a fridge in all room. More variety at breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay. The large rooms were refreshing

Shuttle was free to Disney land and it was precise the driver drove safe and was on time. The parking is protected and free. Rooms are large.

Room was badly cleaned. And we had to draw out all the standard information from the hotel’s front desk. Example. When and we’re dose the shuttle start, is the shuttle free, should we book it? when is breakfast. What is the Wi-Fi. When dose the spa/pool open Etc Be prepared to be responsible for knowing everything the hotel has to offer and and ask. They will not provide any information when checking in. Our bedsheets was skipped and not replaced 1 day of our. Stay. And be careful whit the matrass as it dose not have protection. And you might be reliable for dmg. In this trip we stayed at six five star hotels this has never happed before

Great facilities, Kids friendly and shuttle to Disneyland was very helpful

Thé hôtel is kids friendly with very helpful staff. Facilities are great and shuttle to Disneyland was very helpful. Amazing food at the restaurant too.

The staff is really very friendly and supportive.The location is close to Paris Disneyland with free of cahrge shuttle bus option.We enjoyed the breakfast as well.

We had a great and affordable stay.

The pool, spa, steam room and sauna are beautiful. During summer, you don’t need any prior booking for it as well. Staff is very courteous.

The only problem I had was that we missed our shuttle to Disneyland even when we were in the lobby because of lack of communication. We were not informed where to wait for the shuttle or how the shuttle looks. We had to spend a lot of money on cab because of this.
