Emplacement incroyable avec vue sur la vallée et très calme Surclassement dans une chambre immense Petit déjeuner fait maison et très bien fourni Voiturettes très pratiques et super fun

Équipement un peu vétustes : télés, chaîne hi-fi, spa (hammam disfonctionnel et jacuzzi abîmé) Localisation assez loin des commerces et restaurants : dommage de ne pas avoir au moins un offre snacking sur la terrasse du restaurant. La restaurant était complet mais nous n’avons été contacté en amont pour réserver et nous avons donc du faire 20 min de route pour manger. Nous aurions préféré rester dans l’hôtel

Some aspects of this hotel are absolutely 5 star. The staff are simply wonderful. The location and the views are out of this world. The pool area is great! It is so peaceful and relaxing with great walking nearby. The restaurant was lovely. The view and the service were top notch. Loved the no cars vibe and using the golf carts to get around.

If you are expecting full 5 star you will be disappointed. What I have said prior makes up for it but the rooms are not 5 star. They need updating. The cleaning staff had to be asked daily for new milk. Many large spiders that were not removed. The food was lovely but small portions. Felt both the hotel and restaurant were overpriced for what you got. Finally my one irritation was you often came to find that a golf cart that you had taken up to your house or down to reception in the evening was taken by someone else so you had to either walk up or down and as our house was at the top this could mean quite a big walk in heels. Should be individual golf carts per house.

Service pas à la hauteur d’un 5 étoiles Le personnel est très aimable et poli mais n’est pas au service de ses clients. Personne n’est à la piscine, impossible de commander à boire ou des snacks, l’eau citronnée en libre service était épuisée et personne pour en remettre Voiturette électrique disfonctionnant sans support Le plus décevant a été le restaurant bistronomique d’une qualité très moyenne !!
