It's nice and beautiful hotel, we booked 2 rooms, we got 1 room at 3rd floor and this hotel is without elevator. We take climbing to 3rd floor as healthy so all good. Rooms are spacious. Auto check in so no reception here.
Breakfast was also awesome.

One staff we met Nuha made our stay all worth it. She was very polite, friendly, helpful and caring. She went the extra mile to communicate with us in English. She took the time to even tell us about places to go see and how to get there on the transport system. She always greeted us with a smile when we went down for breakfast and ensured everything was okay for us. There was a varied selection for breakfast. Nuha is a great asset for the hotel, she provided excellent customer service.
We struggled to get into the hotel when we arrived after a tiring journey. English version of the access would have helped tremendously. There was no reception and all information was in German which we could not read to know there is a contact number to call for help.

The room was compact yet comfortable and tastefully furnished. Being on the top floor, it offered a nice view, and there were enough conveniently placed power outlets. The complimentary bottle of water went unused, but I valued the gesture.
While the bathroom appeared clean, the hair in the sink was off-putting, and there was an unpleasant, sewage-like odor. In addition, sections of the caulking were peeling and turning yellow, which created an avoidably unhygienic impression.
