Location, about 150 feet from tram station. And less than 30mins to city center.
Peaceful Location. Safe free parking on roadside. Secure hotel parking with 8 euros also available. Lidl store 3 mins on car and within 15 mins on foot.
Breakfast was good also.
Improvement: efficient pedestal fans should be provided during summer months.

Our stay was short but very enjoyable. We stayed in the family room and it was clean, comfortable and very spacious. Definitely recommended. :)

Good connection to public transport
Not so clean. The bathroom, especially the toilet bowl smelled unpleasant from the start
