Excellent stay whilst on a car tour of Switzerland. I think the images of the hotel don't do it justice, although the rooms are a little basic, the restaurant on site is absolutely lovely. The food and service was excellent as was the breakfast. There is good on-site parking. The staff were incredibly helpful and rather lovely. They also gave us euro socket adapters which was very welcome.
The road noise and noise from the passing trains can be somewhat annoying, however at night it's mostly quiet.

Fantastic traditional Swiss hotel with very friendly and helpful staff.
Great beer restaurant and a superb breakfast.
Ideal location for anyone travelling through the Alps.

Lovely location, right next to the train station.the hotel was very nice,and had a great ambience.the room was spacious with all the amenities.the hotel had messaged us before the stay,to tell us they were fully booked for evening dinner.we had travelled from Milan,and didn't get to the hotel till late that evening.the hotel still managed to keep the kitchen open for us,which in my eyes was a ten out of ten.the staff were great, throughout the stay.great breakfast.would I stay there again.yes.
