Tolle Lage, mit Sicht auf den Lago Maggiore. Sehr freundliches Personal.
Sehr gutes Restaurant, wir haben das Essen sehr genossen.

Sehr schön am Hang mit super Seesicht. Grandiose Terrasse.
Vielleicht, das etwas in die Jahre gekommene Zimmer und Bad. Die Seesicht macht das wieder gut.

Views, Pool, Cleanliness, nice lady at reception one morning.
Hmm, where to start? Dated rooms, but ok. Inflexible staff and not child-friendly. Reception closed in the early evening when we were there. Feels like a retirement home. Restaurant sent us away one evening at 18:20 because we had no reservation. Two small kids that would have needed a plate of pasta and would have been gone within an hour… No desire to give house guests comfort and flexibility. They reserve all the tables and expect people to plan ahead, seems to be a Swiss thing, also on holidays…
