This hotel went the extra mile, when they found out it was my wife’s birthday they arranged a special breakfast for us. The receptionist on the desk recommended we visit Schloss about 15 min away next day , it was a perfect day blue sky and temperature mid 20s. (Well worth a visit if you’re in the area.)
We had dinner in the evening and the table was specially arrange with flowers.

Everything was pretty much great. The hotel is right by the river and we had a lovely view of the mountain in front of the hotel. Great breakfast, plenty of parking, very friendly staff both in the hotel and in the restaurant. we fealt very welcomed after a long traveling day.
No AC and it was very hot outside, we had to sleep with the windows open and there was music from the restaurant right below. Not really a big deal, we didnt complain. I do however suggest that the hotel purchase fans for the hot summer days, though i cant fault the hotel for this as this area is not used to such heatwaves. so my scores are high.
