I had a really lovely stay and genuinely enjoyed my weekend. The front desk and general staff members were all friendly and welcoming, and they were happy to help whenever I needed anything.
The hotel is extremely clean and well maintained, which I really appreciate.
Overall, I am very happy with the service and the whole experience. I’d definitely come back and would happily recommend the hotel to others.

Unfortunately, the check-in experience continues to be disappointing. We are returning guests, yet almost every stay involves delays and poor organization, particularly when we book more than one room.
We specifically request non-smoking rooms in advance, but on several occasions we have still been allocated smoking rooms, which creates unnecessary inconvenience upon arrival. The check-in process often feels unorganized, and the service does not reflect the level of recognition or care one would expect as a returning guest.
We genuinely hope the hotel improves its check-in process, room allocation, and overall handling of repeat guests, as these issues have occurred more than once.
The property itself is comfortable and suitable for our stays.
