I liked the location a lot, it is a very well connected square, with several means of transport easily available, supermarket right downstairs from the hotel. I appreciated the breakfast and the quiet room.
The light in the bathroom was really bad, it was very difficult to actually use the mirror for anything. The bed sheets and towels looked really old.

Great location. Great value for money. Great stuff. Only 2 hours between check in and check out (in many hotels nowadays it’s up to 5 hours: like check 16:00, check out 11:00, crazy). Breakfast included!!! Free tea or coffee 24/7! Cleaning every day! Love this place

Good location (proximity to public transport). Helpful staff, perfectly friendly. Breakfast usual German fair - bread rolls, cheese, cold meats, yoghurts. They did let us store our luggage on our check out day which was very helpful.
I would say this place was sort of between a Travelodge and Premier Inn in terms of quality. They do not change your towels every day (fine) and say they do it on the third day - this did not happen in our room - and there is no cleaning during your stay. The quality of the towels was very poor - I don't mind using a towel for 5 days but mine was the quality of a bad tea towel. For the price (admittedly low) I would still expect a little more.
Unfortunately, despite it being a good location, there is a lot of noise right outside from 6:30am pretty much every day. There is a local market 3 times a week which begins set up at this time. As there is no AC, you have to have the windows open so get woken up every day by this noise. The fan in our room only worked on 1 setting.
