Tolles Hotel mit einem super Frühstück und sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Der direkte Zugang zur Therme macht den Aufenthalt perfekt.
Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, allerdings schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, sodass es nicht ganz so stilvoll eingerichtet war (Teppichboden, dunkle Holzmöbel,…), dennoch war es sehr sauber und völlig zufriedenstellend.

die neue Saunalandschaft, Verbindung zwischen Hotel und Therme/Sauna, das Frühstück
Eintritt der Therme war im Preis enthalten. Allerdings galt das erst ab Check in. Würde mir wünschen, dass es am Anreisetag ganztägig enthalten ist. Und wurde eine early Check in angeboten für 40€, dann wären wir schon aufs Zimmer und in die Therme gekommen. In der Therme mussten wir nur 10€ Eintritt pro Person zahlen, als wir sagten , dass wir Hotelgäste sind. Warum soll ich dann diesen early Check in nutzen?
Auf die 10 € pro Person kommt es auch nicht an. Viele reisen wahrscheinlich früher an, um die Therme zu nutzen

At the time of booking, we were not given accurate information:
• There was absolutely no internet!
• Despite repeated requests over 3 days, the issue was not resolved; it is possible that the internet is only available in the building where the reception is located (on the last day, we were offered the option to use a room in the reception building for an online meeting we had scheduled).
• There was no information regarding the resort tax; the booking clearly stated that the price included all taxes!
• There was no information about the cleaning service. We did not know that we were expected to do the cleaning ourselves; the room had a broom, dustpan, bucket, and mop!
• The household waste was not removed at all during the 4 days!
• The beds — the most important aspect — had uncomfortable mattresses, and the bed was only 180 cm long, meaning that people taller than 175 cm cannot sleep properly!
• The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable for sleeping; perhaps only a child or a person weighing 50–60 kg would not feel the wooden bars, I assume…
• Worn-out bed linen!
• Grey towels!
Clean and comfortable bathrobes.
