Parallel parking was not designed for that many cars - Space between cars was tight
The waiter was rude towards other guests who didn't speak Hungarian. Despite seeing that they didn't know a word, he kept repeating his greeting until it became mocking, instead of switching to English. The rest of the staff had no issues whatsoever in switching to English
The staff were expecting us to tell them our room number without asking for it
White (most likely painting) was all over the bathroom door and floor
Limescale was all over the handles in the bathroom
Old and outdated furniture that deserved some love
CCTV was not covering the entire parking lot
Very thin walls - You can hear people talking even if they are not loud. We had an unfortunate case where the other guests were loud until 2 AM so we could not sleep
Beer was twice as expensive as in the Hungarospa

The location was in the middle of the town which is very good. Dinner & breakfast were very delicious. Staff was friendly and helpful. We could park the car in the hotel's parking lot.
The room could be cleaner. The bathroom looked a bit outdated, although it was functional and clean.

The hotel had everything we needed. The food was excellent, breakfast and dinner delicious.
Everybody was very friendly and helpful.
Felt really really good.
The shower head had a very bad flow and the heat of the water was constantly changing.
But it can be fixed I guess.
In the kitchen area we were missing some items like a sponge or a pot to heat water for tea.
