It worked well for our first visit to Paris, not that far from our Eurostar connection and not that far from a metro station so we could explore the rest of Paris.
Simply we didn’t get our agreed early check in time, the beds had someone’s long black hair in the beds, plus the beds weren’t particularly comfortable.
And lastly the temperature outside was extremely hot for our visit and the air conditioning struggled to keep up.

The things I liked about the property are 1. the location, 2. extra beds (even though they were twin sofa beds) and shower and toilet being separated.
I didn’t like the extra fee for cleaning if you stay less than 6 days.

We booked at Madame Cadet but received a Superior room in Monsieur Cadet and we were thrilled. The staff was extremely helpful and kind, the AC was perfect in the heatwave, and the King sized bed was very comfortable. We will definitely keep this address for our next Paris trip.

Good location, comfortable beds. Good value.
Slightly dated (unlike photos and the main hotel - they have lots of studios). Car park tricky to navigate to (a pedestrianised street) and very tight.
