The hotel was very clean and had heaps of atmosphere. My room was very big but still felt warm and comfortable.
It was very clean and very close to everything. One staff member Vlad was particularly resolve a rather challenging situation with a minimum of fuss in a very professional and friendly way . He represents hospitality at its best

This charming hotel is superbly situated. It is very atmospheric in a beautiful old building. Our room was facing a road which was busy but relatively quiet. The staff were superb and incredibly helpful.
The breakfast area was in a cellar although the staff more than made up for the lack of space and natural light.

Vladislav was excellent in his communication prior to our arrival and was always so friendly and helpful during our stay. We appreciated the airport transfer arranged by the hotel at a fair price, especially as we were delayed at Passport Control for 2.5 hours, our transfer kept in touch and waited for us which was amazing service.
The breakfast was good value for EUR10, plenty of choice, we enjoyed the freshly made omelettes.
The rooms were quite spacious, quiet, well equipped and very comfortable.
Nothing not to like!
