Couldn’t ask for a better location - close to the train station and the main piazza. The family that runs the place is warm and welcoming and couldn’t be more helpful.
The location is somewhat problematic in the summer. My room wasn’t air conditioned, and with the window open the Vespas that infest the town were very annoying at night. The good thing is it’s a mountain town, so at some point during the night it was cool enough to close the double/triple-paned windows and then there was blissful silence.

Sul sito scrivono che c'è l'aria condizionata in tutti i locali, invece no, è presente solo nelle camere mansardate al quarto piano. Nel bagno non è presente l'asciugacapelli. E il frigo della camera non funziona. La psw della wifi la devi chiedere perché non è scritta da nessuna parte. La colazione non ha soddisfatto le aspettative: primo giorno nulla di salato, pane secco, no cereali ne miele, solo cose confezionate a parte una crostata di marmellata. Secondo giorno meglio, pane fresco, un piccolo piattino con prosciutto cotto e formaggio e croissant vuoti. La sala in stile antico è accogliente ma viene rovinata da un enorme televisore sempre acceso che disturba la quiete.
